Design & Appearance
"Bright" could be a bit of an understatement here. Whilst many parents opt for softer color tones in their baby's bedroom - we can certainly see the target market for this design from Fisher Price. The Fisher Price Artic Hero 4-Piece Crib Set features animals such as the polar bear, whale, penguin, giraffe, and lion - in a fairly comical / animated interpretation. You really need to see a picture of the quilt to understand what we mean.

We like that fact that these creatures are incorporated in to all four items in the bedding set, meaning that the theme continues right throughout the crib.

Color Scheme
Because this is a cross between a water and land scene, the main colors in use are blue and green. Unlike other sets which might have used dulled down, pale versions of these colors, the Fisher Price Artic Hero 4-Piece Crib Set goes all out to use bold, vibrant tones and shades.

This same idea applies for the animals, which are orange, white, black, and another shade of blue. The border of the quilt is a brighter shade of orange still, creating a striking edge to an exciting, textured blanket.

Fabric Usage
Fisher Price was kind enough to give us the exact proportions of the materials used to make up the Artic Hero 4-Piece Crib Set. Throughout the three pieces (excluding the sheet), the material comprises 55% cotton and 45% polyester. The sheet is 100% cotton.

Thankfully, we are also told that machine washing the items will present no problems - as long as the cycle is cold and gentle / delicate if possible. Tumble drying is acceptable on a low heat.

We weren't sure what to think about the Fisher Price Artic Hero 4-Piece Crib Set at first, because this is the first of their bedding product range that we have taken the time to review. Overall though, we were impressed with the color scheme and design - which will no doubt inspire creativity and thought - and the material quality. Therefore, Fisher Price gets all 5 stars from us for this product.
